Ratio Six Flat Bottom Brew Basket Set

Hi Mark, I am still experimenting with getting the proportions right with the Ratio. Your customer service and overall friendliness as a company is outstanding and the machine itself is beautiful.

On my first basket, some of the black color came off of the handle showing the chrome underneath. This is a good replacement to make it look uniform again. My only complaint is the new top gasket/lid thing seems to be lower quality (feel) and doesn't exactly sit flush with the basket itself.

Ratio was very responsive in replacing the brew basket after the coating on it began to peel. The coffee pot continues to brew excellent coffee.

I have a white coffee maker. The white lamination partially separated from the handle and when I called your Customer Service Dept, it was suggested that this would occur if it were placed in a dishwasher. I was not aware of this. Normally, I only rinse and wipe but occasionally it's been put in our dishwasher. I'm not sure this was the cause, although I don't know. I love the coffee maker regardless.
