Warranty & Returns
We carefully design our products to make brewing quality coffee as enjoyable as possible. If they're not exactly right for you, we've got you covered. You can return any product for any reason within 30 days, no questions asked.
Whether you need to arrange for warranty service or to return your unit, we are here to help. Shipping labels for returns will be emailed directly to you and the actual cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note we are working under reduced staff schedules and it will take more time for us to process your warranty or return. We will get to it as quickly as possible, but for safety we are isolating incoming packages for a few days and adapting our processes to allow space between employees. Your patience is appreciated!
