Keep your Ratio machine pristine with Halefresh machine wash. This descaler is designed to quickly and safely clean and protect your machine from stains and residue for a consistently excellent cup of coffee. It is made of natural ingredients such as citric acid rather than harsh chemicals and is good for up to 94 uses.

How to Use

We recommend cleaning your Ratio coffee machine every 3-4 weeks.

  1. Fill Ratio to fill line with cold water
  2. Add 2 oz (1 teaspoon for Ratio Eights built or serviced before July 2024) of Halefresh and immediately start a brew cycle
  3. Once the brew cycle is complete, fill the unit again with cold water, but this time do not add any solution, and run a rinse cycle.
    • Be sure to rest for 5 minutes between each cycle.
  4. Repeat the rinse cycle without solution one more time to completely remove any solution.
  5. You’re ready to brew with a sparkly clean machine!
