Solid hardwood, no shortcuts.

Each Ratio Eight features real hardwood trim, shaped and finished by hand. Because nothing beats the warmth of the real thing.

Solid cast aluminum body.

The Eight’s body is formed from solid aluminum—cast and machined for strength, then coated to resist wear and fingerprint smudges. You’ll look forward to that satisfying clank of metal on metal when you install the water tank lid.

No plastic where it counts.

We use BPA-free plastic for the water tank, but the brewing path is plastic-free—just glass and silicone, all the way to the carafe.

Stainless steel showerhead.

Precision-drilled to deliver even saturation across your grounds. It’s the kind of detail you don’t think about—until you taste the difference.
